Unbelievable amount of rumors about the Houston Rockets trying to move up in the NBA Draft, and trying to get Dwight Howard. (CBS Sports) 

Pretty awesome story about the new Charlotte Bobcats' GM creating a scouting database. It will be interesting to see if the Cats' are successful in the future with this plan. (Charlotte Observer)
