How does this happen in an NBA game? Kawhi Leonard's wrap-up around of Russell Westbrook is a foul in every level of basketball.  Once again, NBA officials found a way to be part of the basketball game for the second straight night. Granted, Scott Foster didn't really decide the game with Blazers-Warriors, but if he doesn't eject Shaun Livingston, does Steph Curry go off? Probably not. Kevin Durant took a shot off a Steven Adams' screen with the game tied at 90 and a late whistle as Danny Green barreled into him. People thought Adams affected him coming off the screen yet that's hard for the refs to see in live time.
